You will notice that this slot was released during the 2016 Rio Olympics. Rio de Janeiro is one of the most popular cities in South America. It is most known for its Copacabana, carnivals, bossa nova and not forgetting the samba. This dance is a type of dance with origins from Africa. It is basically the representative music genre of the urban part of Rio de Janeiro.
After the Second World War, samba was very much influenced by American music. This genre has a couple of stanzas with specific verses and the dancers use instruments like clarinets, flutes, trumpets and trombones. If you have a keen eye, you might see these instruments on the reel as well.
The average return to player percentage offered by Samaba sunset is 96.5%. The complete jackpot to be paid out is 4,500 coins. The symbols you would see on the reel are wilds, cards (from the 9 to the Ace), Samba dancers, Scatters alongside multipliers, wilds and free spins.
Properties
Game Play
The price of the coins goes from $0.01 to $1.00. Don’t get carried away before you have the change to choose the coin range that suits you.
Bonuses
One very great thing about Samba Sunset is that it offers Scatters, free spins and wilds. Forget the dancers; if you are diligent, you can win BIG.
Wilds
The Samba Sunset logo is what represents the wilds. It becomes a substitute for all the other symbols (except the Scatters), when you see it on the second and fourth reel of the base game. The wilds appear quite a lot of times and the payouts offered are great.
Free Spins
The Bay represents the Scatters. The free spin mode is triggered when you see 3 Scatters situated from left to right on the reel. You can gain up to 10 free spins from this. Don’t forget that Samba equals fiesta. The software providers made it even more fun. Every time the wild is seen during the free spin mode, each free spin is multiplied ×2. As soon as you’ve exhausted your first 19 free spins, you can reactivate the free spin mode and you win 5 Super Games.
Super Games Feature
More dancers are added on the reel before every free game. When the Wilds is spotted on a winning combo during the free spin mode, the payouts are multiplied ×3. The only downside is that you can get any extra free spins.
Conclusion
Samba Sunset is not the laid-back type of game. It reels you in very quickly. The Latin beats sounding out of the slots keep your hips gyrating. The 3D animations are a plus. Added to this is the sheer amount of free spins you can win, the Wilds replacement and the exotic dancers. Samba Sunset is definitely here to stay.
